We are a family run independent company managing a staff of fully trained carers. We are registered and regularly inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and are also members of the UK Homecare Association.
To ensure we maintain our standards, we carry out regular reviews of all our services. We work very closely with external agencies namely: Stockport Council Social Services Departments, the National Health Services, GPs and District Nurses. All our staff is CRB checked and has to undergo a Care Induction Program before they can be assigned to any client. We ensure that the health, safety and welfare of each client and staff member is promoted and protected at all times. True Homecare is a member of Action on Elder Abuse – working to protect, and prevent the abuse of, vulnerable older adults.
Our service allows our clients to remain in their own homes for as long as possible and is tailored entirely to the needs of each and every individual. We provide highly personalized quality care at home and do this by carefully matching our carers with our clients. We help our clients to remain independent and in their own homes through tailored, highly personalized visits that are not rushed or time constrained.
