True Homecare provides its clients a vast range of services based on their needs and requirements. We offer bespoke, customized packages to our clients according to their budget and needs. We are based in Cheadle and service Stockport and the surrounding areas. We spent an extensive amount of time understanding the needs of our clients; to provide care (short-term, long-term and palliative) for the physically disabled and the elderly. Personal care
Our ‘Personal Care’ services cover both personal and domestic needs of our clients. It includes the following services:
- Round-the-clock Care

Dementia & Alzheimers Care
It is forecasted that by 2021, there will be approximately 940,000 people living with dementia in the UK. This figure is expected to rise to 1.7 million by 2050. This means there are thousands of families who require specialized care for their loved ones.
Our Care Managers are trained to understand the challenges that accompany caring for someone with Alzheimer’s and dementia. We ensure each client receives good professional service along-with respect and kindness.
Our Care Managers are trained to provide the following services (as part of our Alzheimer’s Care Program):
- Provide companionship
- Maintain a safe environment
- Manage challenging behaviors
- Provide mind stimulating activities
- Create social interaction
- Provide nutritious meals
- Supervise daily activities
Our mission is to reduce the suffering by improving the quality of life of people with serious illnesses. Our care providers are trained to treat such clients with EMPATHY, DIGNITY and LOVE. We devise a bespoke, customized care plan for our clients requiring this type of care. This plan in based on the needs and wishes of the client and their loved ones’. We also have an ‘Emergency Care’ program which is designed to help our clients in the time of crisis. Our ‘Emergency Care’ program has a very quick response time to ensure the clients is able to return home as soon as possible. We work in collaboration with other palliative care providers, friend and family of the client.
Respite Care
Our Respite Care package provides temporary relief to a a family member/caregiver. We understand that taking care of a loved one can get overwhelming and exhausting. Our Respite Care package allows the the caregiver to enjoy some downtime by providing them temporary relief.
Holistic Care for complex needs
We provide our clients with complete care and in some instances, we provide more than one care giver depending on the client’s needs and condition.
Companion Care

Welcome Home Care Service
Our Welcome Home service is best suited for clients returning home from a stay in the hospital. This service is designed to aid those clients who are returning home after being discharged from the hospital due to surgery or long term illness, and need support to aid recovery. It includes the following:
Shopping
This can be done before someone returns home, to ensure they have the basic groceries in the house upon return from hospital. This service can later be continued on a weekly basis, or as and when needed.
Home Coming Preparation
Whilst a client is in hospital, we can visit their home to prepare for their homecoming. This entails ensuring the food left in the refrigerator is still in date, and any out of date products are disposed of. If necessary, we can also restock out of date items. We would be more than happy to carry out light domestic duties in the clients’ absence (such as hovering, changing the beds, dusting and others) to ensure that when the client returns home, the house is in order.
Personal Care
Our carers assist our clients with all aspects of personal care, including bathing, showering, dressing.
- Domestics
Include hovering, changing beds, washing, ironing and other light domestic duties.
- Meal Preparations
Assist in preparing and cooking fresh food and homemade meals.
